މޯލްޑިވްސް ހެރިޓޭޖް ސޮސައިޓީގެ ވެބްސައިޓަށް މަރުހަބާ !
ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ރަށްތަކަކީ މުއްސަނދި ތަރިކަތަކަކުން ފުރިފައިވާ ރަށްތަކެކެވެ. އެގޮތުން ރާއްޖޭގެ ރަށްރަށުގައި ހުރި ޘަޤާފީ ތަރިކަތަކާއި ޠަބީޢީ ތަރިކަތަކުގެ މަޢުލޫމާތު މިސައިޓްގައި ހިމެނުމަށް މިދަނީ މަސައްކަތްކުރަމުންނެވެ. މިމަސައްކަތުގައި އެހީތެރިވެ ބައިވެރިވެލައްވާން ބޭނުންފުޅުވާ ބޭފުޅުންނަށް އެފުރުޞަތު އެބައޮތެވެ. ހިމަނަން ބޭނުންފުޅުވާ ތަރިކައެއްގެ ފޮޓޯއާއި މަޢުލޫމާތުކޮޅެއް މިޖަމިއްޔާއަށް ފޮނުއްވައިދެއްވާށެވެ.
ތަރިކަމަގު
“ތަރިކަ މަގު” މަޝްރޫއުގެ ނަމުން މަޝްހޫރު ލާމު ގަން ހެރިޓޭޖް ޓްރެއިލް އިފްތިތާހުކޮށްފައިވަނީ 24 އޮކްޓޯބަރ 2023 ގައެވެ. އެއީ ބުޑިސްޓް ސްޓޫޕާއެއް ކަމަށްވާ “ހަތްތެލި” އޭ ކިޔާ އާސާރީ ސަރަހައްދާއި ރަނޑޫ ގަސްތަކާއި ބޮޑެތި ކިނބިގަސްތަކުން ފެހިވެފައިވާ މާހައުލެއްގައި އޮންނަ ގުދުރަތީ ތަރިކައެއްކަމުގައި ބެލެވޭ ފެންގަނޑެއް ކަމަށްވާ “ޕަރީ ފެންގަނޑަ” ގުޅުވައިދޭ މަގެކެވެ.
ތަރިކަ މަގުގައި ބެހެއްޓިފައިވާ ބޯޑުތަކުން ދިވެހީންގެ ސަގާފީ ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ މުހިންމު ބައެއް ކަމަށްވާ ގަސްގަހާގެއްސާއި ދޫނި ސޫފާ ސޫތްޕާއި އެހެނިހެން ދިރުންތަކުގެ ގުދުރަތީ ދިރިއުޅުމާ ބެހޭ ގޮތުން އިތުރަށް ދަސްކުރުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ލިބެއެވެ.
The Tour Guide Training for the Paree Fenganda Platform Project has officially begun!
The Maldives Heritage Society is training local youth to become expert guides for the protected natural heritage sites like Paree Fenganda & other cultural heritage sites.
This initiative is all about empowering the next generation to share and protect the rich natural and cultural heritage of Laamu Gan.
The training is conducted in collaboration with GAGE Training Institute, Women's Development Committee L.Gan, Endheri, Ministry of Tourism and Environment, Maldives

Maldives Heritage Society is hiring an Environmental Consultant for the "Paree Fenganda Platform Project".
This project is a conservation and sustainable development initiative aimed at enhancing visitor engagement, community awareness, and habitat protection within the Gan Boda Fenganda Protected Area.
* Position: Environmental Consultant
* Duration: 8 months, with possibility of extension
* Objectives of the Assignment
The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide technical support and guidance for the effective and sustainable execution of project components within the protected area.

• Planning and Environmental Safeguards:

B. Awareness and Capacity Building
• Training and Capacity-Building Activities:

* Qualifications and Experience
• Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or related field.
• At least [6-10] years of experience working in protected areas, environmental conservation, and sustainable development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting environmental assessments, construction monitoring, and habitat surveys.
• Proven ability to design and conduct training programs, particularly for community-based conservation and awareness initiatives.
• Familiarity with mangrove ecosystems and/or terrestrial ecology in tropical environments is preferred.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
