Maldives Heritage Society Supports Isdhoo Haiytheli area Development Project

The Maldives Heritage Society participated in the development project of the Haiytheli heritage area in Laamu Isdhoo by donating trees and taking part in a tree-planting activity.
As part of the initiative, ornamental trees donated by the Society were officially handed over to the L. Isdhoo Council by the Society’s Vice President, Mariyam Neena. Following the handover, the President of the Maldives Heritage Society planted a tree within the Haiytheli area as a symbolic contribution to the project.
The tree-planting activity forms part of broader efforts to enhance and beautify the Haiytheli heritage site while promoting environmental conservation and community engagement. The Society remains committed to supporting initiatives that protect, preserve, and promote the cultural and natural heritage of the Maldives.
